trying to buy british.

its really not easy at all. for example, i want skimmed uht milk. if i go to tescos i can buy their own brand with the "food" tractor mark showing its british. unlike sainsburys who dont have an own brand, perhaps because, the uht skimmed they sell is french. however if i am at tescos and want some yogurt with my milk, then tescos own brand is made in germany. not that buying any of the famous old british brands is better as they are nearly all owned by the french now. so do i buy german yog or more expensive yog where the profits go to the french?
